In addition to digital design and build services, we run our own UK based web servers and offer specialised and highly customised online services including high quality, high reliability hosting with burstable bandwidth for high traffic situations such as viral content.

Domain Registry

We are a member of Nominet and an OpenSRS registrar, and offer registration of UK and global domains with associated services. All domain registrations ending in .uk are covered by Nominet's terms and conditions.

Global domain name registrations are subject to the OpenSRS registration agreement and the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. See also:

Web Service Details

We offer fully managed hosting for web sites that we have built. This means we manage the routine maintenance to keep your site running without hassling you, and because we build reliable, robust sites we can include it as part of a fixed hosting fee. This includes:

monitoring performance
taking care of security upgrades
fixing hardware problems
providing site backups
TLS (SSL) certificates from Let's Encrypt

We can also provide domain registrations and other such services as needed. Requirements vary, so we will quote a fixed yearly fee for providing your tailored service; our standard web package is £198 ex VAT per year.

If you have any queries, support requests or complaints about abuse or services please contact us. You should receive a reply to confirm receipt within 3 working days and any requested actions should be complete within 5 working days (usually quicker).

Please note, we only offer domain registration services as part of a service package and do not have automated systems for clients to register and control domains.

To ensure seamless service all web services and domain registrations are automatically renewed unless requested otherwise. Any changes to yearly fees will be discussed prior to invoices being issued. If we are instructed to allow a domain to expire, and subsequently requested to renew / restore the domain, an administration fee of £30 ex VAT will be charged. We do not charge for domain transfers.
